On Ordering

Generally I have been trying to place the papers in order of conference prevelence. This is, of course, subject. I also rank EVT and WOTE higher because they are likely of particular interest to readers of this list. Anyways, generally:

• Journals
• Top-Tier Conferences (crypto, eurocrypt, ieee ssp, usenix security, ccs, and ndss)
• EVT and WOTE
• Other conferences, symposiums, and workshops
